Episode 002: Forgiveness - Is It Trainable?
This week, continuing with our podcast for The Circles of Men Project, we’re talking about forgiveness. Forgiveness and gratitude are tightly linked, and they’re both potent tools in the toolbox for health and happiness. As always, I encourage you to check out the Circle of Men Project’s weekly gatherings, especially if you are male, identify as male, or are struggling with or thinking about masculinity in the context of the modern world.
The podcast is a little bit of a taste of what we talk about without breaking the trust and confidentiality of the Circle, which operates on Vegas rules: what happens in the Circle stays in the Circle.
My thanks to Ted Paone, Phil Powell, and Dennis Tardan for participating this week. Check out Dennis’s YouTube channel, Reasonably Spontaneous Conversation.
Here are the videos of Dr. Fred Luskin that were the starting point for this week’s gathering.
